The old BBVA workers’ residence will be converted into a luxury housing complex by Spanish developer Sergio Vidal. In addition to the homes, the project includes a hotel in its final phase.
The 30,000 m2 plot will serve to house more than 200 flats. All of this will be in blocks of about three floors. In addition, the existing building will be almost completely demolished to remodel it as a small hotel establishment. The last project on this plot, which did not end up taking shape, was that of the company Elaia Investment Spain, which took over the land in 2018 for 8.7 million euros.
The first phase of ‘Delfín Natura‘ includes the construction of 82 flats of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms. One of its strong points will be in the common areas, which will house a large garden area on the ground floor and the design of the buildings will also follow this concept of nature. The flats will have large terraces, ranging from 20 square meters to more than 130 m2, “from where you can see the sea and the Natural Park,”.
Surrounding the buildings, and in the different levels of the interior urbanization, there will be different ornamental water sheets and several swimming pools. There will also be a heated indoor swimming pool. Next to the outdoor swimming pools there will be a pool bar and a sun deck.
Within the urbanization, a fruit and vegetable garden will be planted. There will be a tennis court and paddle tennis courts. In addition, it will have co-working and specific facilities to be able to telework.
But that’s not all, the equipment of the urbanization will have such curious things as washing areas for vehicles and bicycles, a nautical store or a multipurpose community room with Gourmet & Wine Cellar. In addition, there will be an e-park with recharging points for electric and hybrid vehicles on demand, a fully equipped gymnasium and sauna, a cinema room and air-conditioned waste rooms.
